The blending of 75% Grenache Blanc with 25% Chenin Blanc gives a racy backbone of acid on the palate while also delivering layers of notes consisting of grapefruit, lemon zest, key lime pie, & finishing with an aroma of citrus blossoms.  Our "Blanc No. 1" is named rightfully so as the lighter, more tropical fruit-forward white blend counterpart to our decadent, & dark fruit-forward Grenache red blend  "Noir No. 1".
