Eau Rouge (sounds like oh rouge) loosely translates to "Red Water" in French.  It is a delicious, mouth-watering blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, & 25% Syrah.  Our Eau Rouge carries distinctive notes of cherry cola, plum, & light vanilla, while also giving a velvety smooth profile with its subtle tannin structure.
